Deleting your data
Last updated 22 September 2026. One page, three situations, and an email address that always works: [email].
The short version
Write to admin@agentivu.com from the address or account you used, say what you want deleted, and we do it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and nothing is charged for it.
Everything below is the same request, done faster or by yourself.
If you contacted us through this site
We hold what you typed into the form or the calculator, and the emails we exchanged. Ask us at admin@agentivu.com and it is deleted, including from our email inbox, except where the law makes us keep an invoice or a record of consent.
Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing stops the emails; ask separately if you also want the record deleted.
If you messaged or commented on our Instagram
Our assistant replies to comments and direct messages on @agentivu. What we hold is the conversation itself and your Instagram username — no email address, and nothing from your profile beyond what Instagram shows us.
To delete it: send a direct message to @agentivu with the word DELETE, or write to admin@agentivu.com with your Instagram username. We delete the conversation and stop replying to you within 30 days.
To cut off the connection yourself: in the Instagram app, open your profile, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove Agentivu. That stops us receiving anything new about you.
If you are a client
Your business has its own database and file storage, used by nobody else. It holds the bookings and customer records the assistant created for you.
Disconnecting Google alone: do it at clients.agentivu.com/settings, or in your Google Account under Security › Your connections to third-party apps & services. The assistant stops booking immediately.
Deleting everything: write to admin@agentivu.com and we delete the stored credential, the database, the files and the booking records within 30 days. What survives is a single registry line — your business name, region and the date the data was destroyed — because an audit has to be able to show that a deletion happened.
Your rights, and where to complain
Under the GDPR you can also ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it sent to you in a portable format, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to admin@agentivu.com: we answer within 30 days, and we never ask why.
If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, or to the authority in your own country.
