Agentivu, a Synwrk Group company, is the data controller for the information described here. Questions, requests, or complaints: admin@agentivu.com.

Nothing is collected from you by browsing this site. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies set by us. The typeface is served from our own domain, so no request for it reaches a third party.

If you submit the revenue calculator, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, your phone number if you chose to add one, and the figures and answers you gave — your industry, weekly volume, average value, loss rate, and how you currently handle contact outside hours and follow-up.

We do not record your IP address, do not fingerprint your device, and do not track which links you click in our emails.

To send you the breakdown you asked for, and to follow up about whether we can help. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see below — and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

Up to 24 months if you do not become a client, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do.

Three providers, each doing one job:

• Supabase — stores the record. Hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Resend — sends the email. Processed in Ireland.
• Vercel — hosts this site and runs the code that handles your submission.

Your data is stored and processed in the EU. Vercel is a US company, so some processing may involve a transfer outside the EEA, covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.

The booking link takes you to Cal.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. What you enter there is between you and them until they pass us the booking.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, have it sent to you in a portable format, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. One email to admin@agentivu.com does any of these, and we will act within 30 days. No form, no reason required.

Replying unsubscribe to any email from us also works, and stops everything.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
