Terms of Service
Last updated 18 September 2026. Written to be read, not to be survived — if a clause only makes sense to a lawyer, it is not doing its job.
Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Agentivu, a Synwrk Group company. Anything here that says we means Agentivu. Questions about these terms: admin@agentivu.com.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, the honest answer is not to use it — nothing here is hidden behind them.
What these terms cover, and what they do not
They cover this website: reading it, using the calculator, submitting the form, and booking a call.
They do not govern paid work. Any project we do for you is set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, signed by both sides, covering scope, price, timelines and responsibilities. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
The calculator gives estimates, not promises
The figures it returns are arithmetic on the numbers you typed. They are there to make a problem visible and to start a conversation — not a forecast, a guarantee, or a professional opinion about your business.
Decisions you take from them are yours. We are happy to look at the real numbers with you on a call, which is the point of the exercise.
Using the site fairly
Use it for its purpose. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it wholesale, probe it for weaknesses, or submit the form with someone else's details or someone else's data.
We may block access that does any of the above. Where something looks like an attack, we keep what we need to defend the service and may report it.
Accounts you connect to our automations
When we build something for you, you may connect your own accounts — a calendar, a CRM, a phone number. Three rules apply to every one of them:
- Least access. We ask for the narrowest permission that does the job — for calendar booking, the ability to read and write events, not your whole account.
- Only your instructions. We use the access to run what you asked for, and for nothing else.
- No resale, no advertising, no model training. Your data, and your clients' data, are not a product.
The connection is yours to revoke. You grant access, and you can withdraw it at any time in the provider's own settings or by telling us. When you do, the automation that depends on it stops working; nothing else of yours is affected.
Where the connection is to a Google account, our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. In plain terms: the data is used to run the automation you asked for, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train models.
Who owns what
The text, design, code and materials on this site are ours. You may read, quote and link to them; you may not copy the site or present its content as your own.
Anything you provide stays yours — your figures, your files, your clients' details. Ownership of what we build for you is settled in the project agreement, not here.
Availability
We keep the site up and take it seriously, but it may be unavailable for maintenance, for a provider's outage, or for reasons outside our control. This page promises no uptime figure. Service levels for paid work, when they exist, live in the project agreement.
Liability
The site and the calculator are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from using this site or relying on its estimates.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
Privacy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with them, and the version on this page is the one that applies from that day. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
